Final Sale Items

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase and your item is returnable, please email us within 3 days of receiving your package, or the sale will be final.


RETURN PROCESS 

STEP 01 Email us at foxycouturecarmel@gmail.com with:
- The order #
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return

STEP 02 Once your return request is approved by our team, we will email return authorization and shipping instructions.

STEP 03 You will have 5 days to ship your item back to us and provide us with the tracking number after authorization, or the sale will be final.

ITEM CONDITION

-Returned merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed and merchandise must have all tags attached. 

- Returned items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind, and no split seams. We photograph and document the condition of each item at the time of packaging to verify the return condition.


REFUNDS  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. If your return meets the criteria outlined above, a refund of the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Packages that arrive with a delivery cost will be denied and the merchandise will be non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow these steps:

- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

GIFT EXCHANGES

If an item was purchased for you by another party as a gift and you would like to return the item, our standard return policy applies EXCEPT that you will be eligible to receive a gift certificate for the value of the item, rather than a refund.  Returns of gifts by the receiver of the gift will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
