Fashion items include tags, box and dust bag. Jewelry items include box and/or pouch and may or may not include tags.

Excellent

Items are like new, without tags.

Fashion items are clearly unused. Jewelry may have been lightly handled. Tags are not attached and boxes or dust bags may not be included.

Very Good

Items show minor sign(s) of wear.

Clothing and shoes may show wear such as light markings or fading. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as lightly worn corners, light scratches and interior wear. Jewelry may show wear such as minor scratches, nicks and/or dents.

Good

Items show moderate sign(s) of wear.

Clothing and shoes may show wear such as moderate markings or creasing. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as worn corners, moderate scratches and interior wear. Jewelry may show wear such as moderate scratches, nicks and/or dents.

Fair

Items show heavy sign(s) of wear.

Each item is personally inspected by Foxy’s founder and owner, with an eye for excellent to pristine condition.

There are many ways to authenticate items based on the brand and the year the item was made. We do not authenticate items based on the consignor that brings them in. Each item is treated with the same thorough inspection. If we ever have any doubt over the authenticity, the item will either be brought to the brand store for a spa treatment, or we return the item to the consignor.

Shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Our shipping days are Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We are currently only shipping domestically within the United States.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping cost is based on the size, weight, value and delivery location of the item being shipped. Each package requires a signature upon delivery and is insured for the full value of the item being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

While currently we are only shipping domestically within the United States, should we decide to expand our shipping zone to international customers, please be aware that you may be charged customs, VAT and other fees for goods imported from the United States, and Foxy Couture is not responsible for any such fees associated with your order.  In the event that you decide to return a purchase, you must cover the cost of shipping as well as any customs, VAT and other fees that may be associated with your purchase and/or return.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase and your item is returnable, please email us within 3 days of receiving your package, or the sale will be final.

RETURN PROCESS

STEP 1

Email us at foxycouturecarmel@gmail.com with:
- The order #
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return

STEP 2

Once your return request is approved by our team, we will email return authorization and shipping instructions.

STEP 3

You will have 5 days to ship your item back to us and provide us with the tracking number after authorization, or the sale will be final.

ITEM CONDITION

Returned merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed and merchandise must have all tags attached.

Returned items must be returned in the same condition as received. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind, and no split seams. We photograph and document the condition of each item at the time of packaging to verify the return condition.

REFUNDS  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. If your return meets the criteria outlined above, a refund of the purchase price less a 5% restocking fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Packages that arrive with a delivery cost will be denied and the merchandise will be non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow these steps:

GIFT EXCHANGES

If an item was purchased for you by another party as a gift and you would like to return the item, our standard return policy applies EXCEPT that you will be eligible to receive a gift certificate for the value of the item, rather than a refund.  Returns of gifts by the receiver of the gift will not be eligible for a refund.
