The purse had a few marks on it that I did not notice when I bought it. I let Carmela, the store manager, know my concern. Carmela assured me that her main goal was to make sure I was happy. She had the bag conditioned and it looks like it's brand new. I can not say enough positive things about Carmela and Foxy Couture. I know I will be a customer for life!
